I've been studying at Unitec since I've admitted to
the Master of Computing degree by the school of computing
program director Dr. Donald Joyce in semester 2 of year 2002.
Since then I've been committed as a full-time student and cleared
8 postgraduate papers and completed more than 20 research assignments,
both individual and syndicate assignments. One of the assignments has
been published on the web and can be accessed via: http://hyperdisc.unitec.ac.nz/ia02s1/aungn01/
Soon after that, my research proposal was
approved and I've two supervisors assigned for my thesis. They are Associate Professor
Dr. Kay Fielden and Adjunct Professor Ian Morrison.
In 2005 semester 2, I've completed my thesis and it was published. I graduated
with my Master of Computing degree from Unitec at 2006.
Currently, I'm attending Professional Doctorate in Computing at Unitec
and researching on Blogs and how they power individuals, and how they
effects the society as a whole. Blogs can be a very powerful tool to
voice an opinion, an idea or a feeling to a larger extent.
